Athens Card terms of service
General Terms of Service
a) The Athens Card is a promotional discount card for the city of Athens, Greece. It is intended for international visitors who choose to purchase and use the Athens Card during their stay.
b) By presenting the Athens Card (or any accompanying documentation where required) to participating businesses, organisations, or official Athens Card representatives, the cardholder is entitled to receive the benefits, discounts, and services listed on the official website: athenscard.com.
c) The Athens Card is valid for the calendar month selected at the time of purchase. Certain included services have separate validity periods, including but not limited to:
- Athens public transport ticket: valid for 5 consecutive days from first use
- 72-hour Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour: valid for 3 consecutive days from first use
Each individual service may have its own specific usage conditions as stated on the website or service description.
d) The Athens Card reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as any content published on athenscard.com, at any time and without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
e) The Athens Card reserves the right to modify, add, or remove services included in the card, as well as adjust related terms and conditions, with or without changes to pricing. Such changes may be made where necessary to protect the company, its partners, or its customers. In cases where material changes significantly affect an existing order, affected bookings may be cancelled and fully refunded, with no cancellation fees and no further claims against the Athens Card.
f) Accessing athenscard.com, as well as purchasing any Athens Card products or related services through the website or any official communication channels, constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
