If your plans change and you will not need the Athens Card you purchased after all, you can inform us up to 48 hours before the pick up/delivery of your card for a fast refund of your money paid to us -10 € per card for handling.
Important Note:the refund will be made via the same channel the payment was made. No exceptions due to online fraud risks
If we have mailed the Athens cards to you we will need you to send them back to us, unused and in the same condition as they where delivered to you. As soon as we have gotten the cards back, we will issue a refund of your money (only the amount paid for the cards, No Shipping Fees will be refunded) again, – 10 € handling fee per card.
Please note that we can unfortunately not make any refunds or partial refunds for cards picked up and/ or Delivered (not used or partially used) since we prepay for many of the services and tickets included in the Athens Card.
